Why isn't the 'Save Image' button visible to the person I sent the link to?

If you create a letter as a Guest (without logging in), the 'Save Image' option is only available to you, the creator. The receiver will not see this option. To unlock the premium 'Save Image' button for your receiver, please Login and generate the letter from your account.

Why is my link so long, and why is WhatsApp/Instagram breaking it?

When you use the free Guest mode, we don't save your data on our servers. Instead, your entire message is encrypted directly into the URL itself (data parameter). Because of this, the link becomes very long, and some apps like WhatsApp or Instagram might break it. Solution: You can shorten the link using a URL shortener, or for the best experience, simply Login! Logged-in users get beautiful, short Premium Links that never break.

Absolutely. We use a dual-security model. If you use the app as a Guest, we use a Zero-Storage Architecture—your letter is encrypted into the URL itself and never touches our database.
